"Lots of customization — took me a bit to choose"
I really liked how many options there were to customize my order. It was easy enough to switch things around and see what looked best, although I definitely spent a little too long deciding on the colors. In the end, it turned out really nice. I’d use it again — I just wish the preview had been a little clearer.

I was a little suspicious at first because the price seemed reasonable, and I figured there had to be some kind of catch. But once I got it, the quality was actually solid and it felt worth the money. I’d probably buy again

Used indyandpippa.co on my phone. No hassle. Menu made sense, pages loaded fine, and I didn’t feel lost looking around.

Photos were clear. Checkout was quick enough. I liked that the options were easy to understand without digging through a bunch of extra clicks.

Only small thing. I’d like a bit more info in some spots. Sizing, delivery, stuff like that. Easier to find would be nice. Still a good experience overall.

"Cute items, but shipping was a headache"
The stuff I ordered is cute, so I’ll give them that, but the shipping was way too slow. It took almost two weeks to arrive, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had to keep checking and following up myself. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change from what I expected when I ordered, which just made the whole thing feel frustrating. Definitely not a great option if you need something quickly.

"Support replied fast"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged support thinking it would probably take forever. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and the person I spoke with was helpful. They got it sorted without a huge back-and-forth, which I appreciated, because I really didn’t want to spend a bunch of time chasing this down. I did have to follow up once, which was a little annoying and felt like extra effort I shouldn’t have had to make, but overall the service was good and I’d still use them again.
